The Therabeutics Journal / Volume 01
Small rituals.Real life. Four moments to make your own. Start with the one you have room for.
Get Unready With Me Morning GRWM The Afternoon Reset Sunday Reset 01 / The evening ritual
Get Unready With Me The night does not start when you get into bed. It starts when you decide to stop.
Take the day off. Cleanse and change into something comfortable. Set out your Magnesium Sleep Balm for your usual body-care routine. Follow the product label. Lower the light. Put tomorrow’s essentials in one place, and let the evening be your own. Choose a short sequence you enjoy returning to. Leave room to linger over the parts you like best.
02 / The morning ritual
Morning GRWM A few quiet minutes your phone cannot have.
Light first. Open the curtains and leave your phone where it is. One card. Choose a Meditation / EFT Tapping Card and read the prompt at your own pace. Get ready. Skincare, a favorite shirt, whatever the morning needs. Carry one thought from the card with you. Make the moment small enough to fit your real morning. You can begin with a card you already own or simply a few minutes by the window.
03 / A pause between things
The Afternoon Reset A small pause for the hour when your attention has wandered and your shoulders have followed.
Put the screen down. Give the next task a moment to wait. Choose your scent. If fragrance is part of your routine, use the Calm Ritual Essential Oil Roller as directed on its label. One card. Read a prompt from the Meditation / EFT Tapping Cards. Take your time. Pour a glass of water. Then decide what comes next. Keep it uncomplicated. A ritual you have room for is easier to return to than a perfect routine on paper.
04 / The weekly ritual
Sunday Reset A slow, deliberate hour that closes one week and opens the next. The dog is welcome.
Take the walk. Bring the dog, if you have one. Keep the phone in your pocket. Choose a familiar scent. Use Stillpoint Meditation Oil according to its label, if it belongs in your routine. Write three lines: one thing to keep, one thing to leave, and one thing Monday gets first. Take the long way through your evening routine. Leave a little space before the week begins. Sunday does not need to become another project. Let this be a marker between the week behind you and the one ahead.
A note on thoughtful gifting
A little gift.A personal thought. Think of the person before the product. Cards for someone who makes time for reflection. A favorite scent for someone who loves fragrance. Add a note that says why you chose it.
